U.S. Statement on Remote ID Broadcast Requirement

EAVision aircraft produced after September 16, 2022, including the EA-J100, EA-J70, and EA-J150, are currently pending completion of the FAA Declaration of Compliance (DOC) process under 14 CFR Part 89 Remote Identification requirements. At this time, these aircraft are not operating under an FAA accepted DOC for Standard Remote Identification.

EAVision and its representatives are actively working with the Federal Aviation Administration to complete the required compliance process and resolve this matter as efficiently as possible. We remain committed to ensuring full regulatory compliance and continued operational safety for all operators.

In the interim, operators are strongly encouraged to utilize an FAA compliant Remote ID broadcast module when conducting operations in order to maintain compliance with applicable FAA regulations under 14 CFR Part 89.
