Agricultural modernization and low-altitude logistics are driving nationwide demand for certified operators. Entry-level licensed roles pay CNY 10k–18k per month, while senior operators and team leads earn CNY 15k–25k plus performance bonuses. Graduates can also take on crop-protection and rural delivery projects independently, with seasonal earnings reaching tens of thousands of yuan. The work is easy to enter, quick to learn, and supports both employment and entrepreneurship, with steady year-round demand.
State Grid and China Southern Power Grid continue to create large numbers of certified positions each year. Entry-level inspection pilots earn CNY 12k–20k per month, while senior operations and technical roles pay CNY 15k–30k. SOE positions may also include high-altitude allowances, statutory social insurance and housing fund, and paid training. Experience is highly valued, career paths are stable, and technical specialists gain stronger prospects over time.

Answers to the questions our trainees ask most often
Yes. Under China’s Interim Regulations on the Administration of Unmanned Aircraft Flights and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs’ training rules for agricultural unmanned aircraft operators, operators must complete manufacturer training and assessment. Pilots certified by another manufacturer must also complete practical training and assessment for EAVISION models. Because flight-control systems and operating functions differ by brand, EAVISION-specific training and assessment are required for safe, efficient operations.
Certificates depend on the course. Please refer to the information provided for the specific course.
After completing the course and passing the required assessment, certificates are processed according to the relevant course schedule.
Retraining requirements depend on your current certification, drone model and course requirements. Please contact EAVISION Academy to confirm.
Follow-up technical support depends on the selected course and training session. Please confirm the available services when enrolling.
